Staying at this hotel was truly a mixed experience. On the one hand, the location was superb with easy access to the Falls and lovely sightings of passing animals. The rooms, while offering a beautiful view, had some issues like water leakage and noise. The dining experience was delightful, especially outdoors. The service was exceptional, giving us a glimpse of remarkable hospitality. However, the noise from helicopter tours and a few maintenance issues slightly affected the overall stay.
